MemoryX works in three steps. First, it auto-saves your conversations as you browse ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — no clicks needed. Then, AI extracts key facts, preferences, and context from those conversations into your personal memory. Finally, when you start a new chat on any supported platform, MemoryX automatically finds and injects relevant memories into the conversation.

MemoryX currently supports ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We are actively working on adding support for more AI platforms. Install the extension and it works automatically on all three platforms.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in Supabase cloud infrastructure. Your conversations and memories are never used for AI model training. Data sent to AI providers is used solely for real-time processing and is not retained. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Credits measure your AI usage within MemoryX. 1 credit is approximately equal to 1,000 tokens processed. Each Extract operation costs roughly 6 credits, depending on conversation length. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features like Extract, Recall, and Summarize.

MemoryX offers a free tier with 30 one-time credits so you can try all AI features. The Pro plan costs $9.99 per month or $7.99 per month when billed annually ($95.99/year), and includes 5,000 credits per month. You can also purchase additional credit packs as needed.

Yes. MemoryX supports full data export. You can export your saved conversations as JSON or Markdown files, your extracted memories as JSON, or create a complete backup of all your data. Your data belongs to you.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy Customer Portal, accessible from your Account page. After cancellation, your Pro access and monthly credits continue until the end of the current billing period.

When your credits are depleted, AI-powered features (Extract, Recall, Summarize) are temporarily disabled. However, auto-save continues to work — your conversations are still captured. You can upgrade to Pro for 5,000 monthly credits, purchase a credit pack, or wait for your monthly credit reset if you are on the Pro plan.

No. MemoryX never uses your data for AI model training. Your conversations are sent to LLM providers (StepFun, Moonshot, OpenAI) solely for real-time processing of Extract, Recall, and Summarize operations. These providers do not retain your data after processing.
